The studio is led by Aviva Rubin, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience in women’s health. She specializes in working with women in midlife, supporting strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Aviva’s integrated approach to movement and nutrition supports strength, confidence, and independence for the long term.
OFF THE REFORMER:
Aviva was born in the Bronx, NY, but moved to South Florida at age 8, and has lived here since.
The first gym she went to was Lady of America, when she was 17 and she hasn't missed a week of “working out” since (except after giving birth 3 times - and only because her doctor insisted!)
She has a partner, 3 kids, a daughter in law, son in law and 2 granddaughters - all of whom she adores! And a brother and sister who she could not live without.
Her favorite food is pizza - yes… PIZZA! She is obsessed with blow drying her hair - just ask any of her family or life-long friends. She’s a really good cook, and makes way too much whenever she entertains. Her favorite artist is Celine Dion, and the Bee Gees. Her favorite non active activity is mahjong - it’s the perfect way to hang with friends and use your brain!

Founder and Lead Instructor
Ariana Kaufman is a certified Pilates instructor with a foundation in dance and injury rehabilitation. She came to Pilates through her own recovery from injury and chronic pain, an experience that reshaped not only how she moved, but how she felt in her body. Through consistent, intelligent training, she rebuilt strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out. That lived experience informs her work.
Ariana’s teaching is deliberate and refined. She emphasizes alignment, control, and functional strength that translates directly into daily life, building bodies that are not only strong, but resilient and well-supported. She works with both new and experienced clients, meeting each client where she is while maintaining a high standard of precision and care.
Her sessions are thoughtfully challenging, technically sound, and always grounded in safe, effective movement.
OFF THE REFORMER:
Ariana is originally from Memphis — you’re bound to hear her southern accent come out when she’s teaching.
Before discovering Pilates, she worked in national security and foreign policy in Washington, DC.
She love dogs and always has a foster dog at home. She loves to dance, especially hip hop and jazz. She loves to travel, so far Africa, specifically Ghana, has been her favorite place yet.
